Brunch Illness: Ham Shank Suspected - Stella San Jac, Austin Texas

7 years ago reported by user-ndckk759 business

Stella San Jac, East 5th Street, Austin, TX, USA

310 East 5th Street, Austin, 78701 Texas, United States

Symptoms came a few hours after brunch/eating leftovers the same day, mainly diarrhea, started feeling nauseous/almost vomited. Drank a lot of fluids and fasted the rest of the day. I believe the symptoms have mostly gone away, just feel uneasy/very weak likely due to a nutrition deficit. I suspect it was from the ham shank, results for these symptoms seem to point to animal intestine bacteria, the relatively quick onset and recovery along with a lack of vomiting. No signs of any undercooked food or anything, the ham was very well cooked. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness
