This has happened more than once. Whenever I order the Tonkatsu Ramen with Kuro Buta I get food poisoning. If I order anything else I don't get food poisoning. I think it's either the kura Buta pork or the bone broth. The meat might be undercooked. The last time I ate it I had severe bacterial gastritis.
