High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Two live roaches under preparation table to the right as you enter kitchen from customer area. One live roach under cabinet beneath front hand wash sink directly behind register. One live roach under front counter next to register and under where cookies are displayed. Four live roaches with single service deli paper and single service gloves stored directly below meatball hot holding station. One live roach under front main meat display cabinet. Two live roaches in dry goods storage area around cases of chipolte seasoning. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-04-13: Four live roaches in soap dispenser holder near three compartment sink. Employee dispatched roaches in soap dispenser. Three live roaches in water heater timer box. Employee killed and cleaned box upon reinspection there is still One live roach present. Two live roaches in trap near register and one live roach in trap under cookie station.
