The store is inside a walmart. it was a chicken ceaser wrap with lettuce and spinach Monterey cheddar cheese. I went for lunch around 6 o'clock, I ate a chicken ceaser wrap with Monterey Cheddar cheese, lettuce, spinach, ceaser dressing, Organo. I left work early cause I was feeling sick and threw up around 11 o'clock. | Symptoms: Vomiting
