- comments: observed toilet rooms clogged and out of order staff indicated they have out of order and backing up since friday 9/5/25 staff indicated they are using shoe store in plaza toilet room. When toilets are flushed water fills bowl but does not flush. Instructed to repair and maintain. Priority foundation 7-38-030c citation issued
