I purchased a footlong turkey toasted with provolone and pepperjack with spinach, olives, tomatoes, pickles chipotle sauce and oil and vinegar and potato chips Thursday around 3pm consumed it felt fine until about 8pm then vomited with diarrhea for hours all night long until am hours still feel sick | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
