At 12:15 am after work I stopped at a subway that was open 24 hours and went in to order a sandwich. I got an Italian BMT and a diet coke. When the employee was prepping my sandwich I noticed that there was what looked like mold in the blue cheese, but I didn't put blue cheese on mine so I just ignored it. The tomatoes did not look fresh and definitely didn't taste fresh either. I was awoken about 4 hours after I ate the sandwich thinking I heard a dog growling and soon found out it was my stomach. I rushed to the bathroom at around 5am and sandwich taped in there in lots of pain until roughly 10am. The rest of the day I was very weak and had to stay home so that I was close to a bathroom... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Other, Weakness
