I ordered a sandwich about 4:45 pm om 9/27/16.... a steak and cheese on Italian with no cheese just Italian dressing with the meat. I got home with in 15 mins and sat down and ate about 7 bites then felt nausea. I then started getting tummy pain and fever with chills. I was in muscle pain from aches. I threw up about 11 pm and then all of my symptoms went away and I got a mild headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Muscle Pain
