I was in there on monday, bought a foot long Turkey breast on Italian cheese and herb. After a few hours I started having severe stomach cramps, and diarrhoea. I have been ill for 4 days with diarrhoea vomiting and nausea and fever. Had a stool test done, confirmed I have gastrointestinal viral infection ie. Food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Gas
