I picked up subway on my way home from school and ate it at 4pm. I had a 6 in wheat flatbread with teriyaki chicken, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. I felt it sitting at the bottom of my stomach the rest of the night. I woke up at 10 until 3am and I felt very nauseous and then I threw up. I threw up again later that morning at 4:30. I felt slightly sick/nauseous the rest of the day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
