Chicken Salad Causes Illness - Subway, Neodesha Kansas

Salad with chicken breast and cheese. Lettuce, tomatoes, spinach and only olive oil. My husband had a sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and chicken.
Approx 4hrs later severe burping, nausea, violent vomiting terrible cramping & bloating and diarrhea that has lasted 12 hours so far. I've never felt this awful. My husband has the same symptoms without the vomiting | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Burping, Cramps
