Corned beef Reuben with rye bread, meat, Swiss cheese then toasted. Add sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Sandwich tasted "weird." Nauseated afterwards. Up all night feeling nauseated and ill. Intense vomiting by 6:00am. Chills and somewhat achy. No one else sick in family, but no one else ate that same sandwich. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
