Went to the subway owned by pilot in Mt. Sterling, apparently a car had run into their back food prep area, they had plywood protecting it from the outside. Not sure if maybe this has something to do with the food I had from there being deathly but I haven't been so sick in my life, and I usually have a strong stomach. I got a spicy Italian which include salami and pepporoni, but I think it was maybe the spinach or lettuce that got me. Will not be returning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
