On Thursday 25th of March 2021 at around 12:30pm I had a turkey and ham toasted with cheese, lettuce, peppers, olives and mayonnaise. Two hours after I started to feel cramps in the stomach which led me to vomiting and nausea for all afternoon, evening and night till 3am. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
