On 17 Sept., 2019, my husband and I both got a chopped salad. They had not had a truck delivery so they were out of a lot of items. They made our salads out of spinach, green peppers, shredded cheese, chicken, pepperoni, banana peppers and onions. We both have severe diarrhea and nausea within an hour of eating the salads. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
