On my way to work parents bought me a turkey, American cheese with lettuce, banana peppers and ranch dressing sandwich. Ate the sandwich. Soon after was not feeling well. That was around 2:00 pm. Tried working through it but had to call my parents to pick me up. Vomiting started on the way home. Still vomiting at 3:38 am.
