Undercooked Meatball Illness - Subway, Waterloo Iowa

The workers were talking amongst themselves and one said the meatballs weren't done yet. They took some out that were in a small cardboard sleeve. They appeared to have cooked them, but apparently not. I ate it, assuming they wouldn't serve undercooked food. I had bad food poisoning about 2 hours after eating. Symptoms subsided after 24 hours. I only had the sub and water for lunch, nothing else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
