Ate around 12pm today. Had a turkey six inch on wheat bread with lettuce onions and black olives with lite mayo. Also drank a vitamin water with it. Felt very bloated, sleepy, and achey afterward until 5pm. Immediately slept, but still felt nauseated and weak afterward. Body aches, nausea, and weakness along with low grade fever. It’s 9pm and feeling worse. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness, Bloating, Body Ache
