BMT Sub Leads Hospitalization - Subway, Raymond New Hampshire

Ate Italian, BMT with lettuce, tomato, onion, black olive,crushed hot peppers, pickles, oil and vinegar at approximately 5:30 - 6:00 pm. Nausea, Vomiting started at 3:30 am (Tues 6/27/17). Violent vomiting, nausea, Diarrhea until Hospitalized on Thursday 6/29/17. Hospitalized for Food Poisoning for three days. Two CT scans performed, one with contrast in Emergency Room. Friday 6/30/17 Surgeon performed Full Colonoscopy, concluded bacteria had caused bowel blockage indicative of food poisoning exposure.
