Last night i got a chopped Italian bmt salad with spinach, cucumber, onion, tomato and Caesar dressing. Less than 30 minutes after eating I felt extremely bad nausea and stomach pain. I spent the entire night in pain and vomiting. Today I am no longer vomiting but still have the pain and naesea and can't even stand for long without getting dizzy and sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
