Chicken Sub Causes Illness - Subway, Cottage Grove Oregon

I eat subway at least 3 times a month. I got an oven roasted chicken, on Italian herb and cheese with lettuce and mayo and toasted. I got back to the apartment and ate the sandwich and it tasted perfectly fine. About an hour goes by and my stomach started acting up a bit. I thought nothing of it because it didn't really bother me. Then about an hour and a half after than I tried to go to sleep. I was sweating like I was in the Sahara desert wearing all black. I was shaking from how cold I was and my face was burning hot then I got a headache. I threw up twice that night and after that I felt super nauseous. I got 3 hours of sleep that night. It's been 4 days and I've puked every day since and still am extremely dizzy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Sweating, Shaking
