Yesterday after work around 5pm I got a turkey sandwich with american cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo. I ate half the sandwich right away when I got home 5 minutes later. I had one of their cookies about an hour later. At about 8 pm I started to not feel well. Weakness, chills and nausea. I tried to sleep it off but around 10 pm I woke up and vomited a whole sink full of liquid. I never vomited like that in my life. This morning I woke around 7 am to severe diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills
