Ate at 2:00 pm yesterday . Had a Subway Club on Italian Herb and Cheese with pepper Jack cheese with Spinach, Pickles , Black Olives. And Jalapenos with mayonnaise. Was the only thing I ate yesterday . Started noticing nauseous around 8 and threw up with diarrhea. By 2 am I was experiencing severe stomach pain and fever while having to sit on the toilet from diarrhea with a bucket on my lap to vomit in. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
