Italian Sub Triggers Illness - Subway, New York

On Wednesday 5/27/26 I ate an Italian BMT from this Subway with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, oil vinegar and mayo. Almost immediately after I became nauseous and couple hours later had stomach pains that turned into body cramps. I threw up on Wednesday and although I felt like I had to poop, I was unable to and I felt gassy, bloated and constipated until I finally had diarrhea all day Friday which was strong and even had white mucus. I had stomach pains all three days that even woke me up at night until Friday the pain subsided after I was able to use the bathroom. I couldn't eat a full meal until Friday as well. I am reporting this because it is something I never dealt with before and am sure it was the sandwich. After we threw it in the trash the cold cuts stunk up the trash after a few hours of being in there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Gas, Bloating, Constipation
