Yesterday before we headed home from school I bought cheese pizza and the champ to their store in franklinton. My daughter ate the cheese pizza while me, my husband and son shares the champ. My daughter sleep by 11 pm and does not eat dinner because she is still full from eating pizza. 3am s threw up and complaining a stomach ache. Sa said she can’t go to school. Before I left home by 7am, she three up again and keeps on saying her stomach is so painful. By 10 am my son called me that his younger sister is crying due to stomach ache. I went home and leave my work with permission. Now we are at Vance Family Medicine because my daughter can’t bear anymore the pain. The doctor’s said it is probably food poison frint he last food she intakes. And that pizza is the last food sa intake.we are now headed to walgreens franklinton to get for the medicine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
