Italian Sub Causes Illness - Subway, Hampton Virginia

Had a regular Italian BMT on wheat with lettuce, onions, vinegar, and oil. The Italian included ham and salami as well as provolone cheese. I had it around 12:30-1:00 and later in the day around 6:00 pm I began to experience sharp pains and gas followed up with diarrahea. Subway was the last meal I had between those times. It's been day 3 and I am still experiencing some issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas
