9/7/2023 both family members ate power bowl salad with rotisserie chicken and cheese heated, spinach, etc. Severe nausea, belching, bloating, hard stool followed by explosive diarrhea. Still feeling sick having diarrhea and stomach pain, 9/11/23. I can eat tiny bland foods, but by 3am each night it starts all over for 6-8 hrs. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Chills, Stomach Pain
