- comments: observed no hot water at handsinks on first floor in pre-k classrooms and restrooms. Water ranging from 60. 6f-73. 2f. (hot water at 100f observed in cafeteria and adjoining restroom). Instructed person in charge to restore hot water temperature to minimum of 100f and maintain. Priority violation #7-38-030(c).
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 200 mouse droppings scattered in classrooms on first and second floor in the following locations: room 101, on floor along wall near windows, behind shelving and in area near mini fridge. Room 103, along window area and walls, with concentration near microwave unit, as well as closet area. Room 121, in corners along wall underneath window area. Room 104, behind shelving along walls on floors. Room 201, on floor underneath metal racks. Room 202, along walls and underneath sink area. Instructed person in charge to remove all droppings and sanitize all affected areas and inform pest control service of activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). No citation issued.
