BBQ Foodborne Illness Suspected - Sugarfire Smoke House, St. Louis Missouri

4 years ago reported by user-jdcbp153 business

Sugarfire Smoke House, 605 Washington Ave, Saint Louis, MO, USA

605 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, 63101 Missouri, United States

Symptoms started approximately 30 minutes after eating. If I had to use one word to describe the symptoms, “VOLCANIC”. My food order consisted of pulled pork, brisket, fried okra and mac and cheese. I believe that the food borne illnesses came from the food handlers and the unclean serving stations. They weigh the portions and I am suspicious that the cross contamination was centralized on the scale used to weigh the food. My second thought would be the mac and cheese was contaminated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
