Suspected Sushi Roll Illness - Hibachi, Palatka Florida

Over the last few weeks, my husband and I have ate all of the same things until last night when I ordered something different than he. Now, I am sick and he is not. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll, ginger salad, miso soup, sesame chicken. One of those items is the culprit. I only ate the top layer of salad because I then realized there was about a full cup of water (not dressing) in the bottom of the takeout container..they washed their produce but did not dry it well, I think. I woke up this morning to painful, watery stools, mild stomach cramps, and sweats. I've had mild food poisoning before and know what it feels like..it feels like this. Only maybe 14 hours in, not sure how long it will last. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating, Stomach Pain
