Beef chalupa or chicken quesadilla. Monday January 16,th. Ordered a beef chalupa supream with Nacho cheese, chicken quesadilla with xtra jalapeños sauce. BlueRazzberry slushie . Around 7pmish. Went home had trouble sleeping woke up at with my kids for school & ended up in the bathroom all morning neasus all day vomiting & diareah , it's almost a full week later & I still can't eat anything but toast & water . I have never even gotten indigestion eating Mexican food before this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Indigestion
