I went to Taco Bell on Hwy 14 near Walmart yesterday afternoon to get my two kids and my myself lunch. I had one of their new items on the board but I purchased two of the #2’s which is the three chicken soft tacos with no lettuce or tomato, just meat and cheese. I had one of the chicken tacos. Later on at the beauty supply store my son was complaining about his stomach hurting and had to poop really badly. He said he had the runs. Next we went to Office Depot on Ryan st. and he had to go to the restroom again. After he came out of the restroom he crotch down and held his stomach. Next thing you see is him throwing up all over the aisle. Got home and threw up in the parking lot. Came inside threw up again and still to this day he is throwing and the runs. He is scared and feeling sick, he is only 7 years old. He is drinking pedolite to replenish his fluids. I went to work today and the same is happening to me . I had to leave work early because I was in so much pain, couldn’t stop going the restroom. I’m cold, my stomach hurts bad, feel quezzy, chills and irritable. Never eating there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
