Wednesday, December 8th 2021, at approximately 2:50pm PST my younger sister and I decided to DoorDash. The order was 1 Cheesy Gordita Crunch with season beef, 3 cheese blend, lettuce, spicy ranch, and jalapenos. 1 Cheesy Gordita Crunch with chicken, 3 cheese blend, lettuce, no spicy ranch and black beans. Funnily enough, they messed up this one and used beef, not chicken. We also ordered 2 Chalupa supreme, one chicken, one beef. We received the delivery quickly around 10-15minutes. Upon further inspection, nothing seemed out of the ordinary besides the different meats used for one of the gorditas Everything was fine until I was halfway done with my Cheesy Gordita Crunch with beef, I began to feel nauseous. My sister only took a few bites and stopped she said something wasn't right. We ended up not finishing our food that day as the nausea was persistent. The nausea wouldn't stop and I proceeded to vomit later on that day. I hadn't eaten anything else that day, so I knew the cause was from the food at the restaurant. We contacted DoorDash support and were asked a series of questions, such as personal information, if we had any food allergies, or if we were suffering from any fever prior to the order. DoorDash offered a refund and credits as well contacting the resturant regarding the issue. It has been a couple of days since then and I am now suffering from severe diarrhea, nausea, fatigue, cramps and headaches. I am doing my best to stay hydrated and have eaten minimal to nothing since then. Since my sister had only taken a few bites of her beef Cheesy Gordita Crunch, her symptoms weren't as severe. She only suffers from nausea, and stomach pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
