12/29/22 got fiesta potatoes, black beans and soft taco supreme w refried beans.approx 2 hrs later vomiting and diarrhea all night. Treated for dehydration at hospital next day | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
