I ate nacho bellgrande, add onions and extra sour cream, and a double decker taco, add nacho cheese. I ate this at 1130 pm. I was up bloated and sick all night long and now i have had explosive diarrhea and gas and pain in my abdomen since 10 this mornin and it is now 430 pm and it is still going. Had to cancel plans. Very sick and miserable. Did not eat anything else | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain
