On February 12 2026 I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and garlic steak fries from your sevierville location. Within hours of eating, I became severely ill with symptoms of food poisoning, including vomiting and intense stomach pain as well as diarrhea. This was a very unpleasant and concerning experience. I am very concerned about the food safety standards at this location, as this experience was both physically painful and alarming. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be properly investigated and prevented from happening to other customers. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
