Went to Taco Bell on Sunday and ordered the 5$ chalupa box. Everything tasted the usual, but after eating I became more bloated than I've ever been. Went to bed with extreme stomach cramps and nausea. Puked enough to fill a small desk garbage bin. Then the Hershey squirts hit. After passing out on the toilet I almost went to the hospital. I didn't sleep that night and the next day (today) I am still sick. A low fever of 100.7. My head feels heavy and I cant walk without help. This is the first time I've gotten food poisoning at Taco bell. It was towards the end of a shift so suspect that the ground beef was left out or there was cross contamination with raw meat. Also have witnessed individuals not washing their hands after using the facilities, I will never go there again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Cramps
