My husband, two-year old son and myself ate at our local Taco Bell on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 for lunch. We all had different meals or items all of which had taco meat, lettuce and cheese in them. I won’t try to pin point which item it could have been. By 330 by husband was vomiting and had diarrhea,horrible stomach cramps and chills. Later that evening our son threw up 3 times in a matter of a few hours. I then started feeling sick around 5 am on the 23rd and shortly after vomited myself. I was sick with all the same symptoms as my husband through the 24th of August. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
