Migraine, Vomiting after Tacos - Taco Bell, Niles Illinois

Last night on July 9th of this year, I went to this location. Ordered 3 hard shell tacos (regular) and a crunch wrap supreme. This morning when I woke up; July 10th of this year, I felt fine but I had an inkling that I was not COMPLETELY OK when I woke up. I get to work and I get a really bad migraine 1 hour into my shift, and I ended up vomitting at work. Now as I do feel somewhat slightly better, I am dealing with the shakes and chills as it is not cold outdoors. I forgot to add, I only had a toast with nothing on it when I woke up because I did not feel like eating. TMI but, looking at my puke in the toilet, it was the beef and lettuce from last night's dinner. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Chills, Shaking, Migraine
