I had ordered dinner from Taco Bell Friday night. I had gotten my usual $6 box with crunch wrap, beef burritos, and chips with cheese. It was delivered at 6:48pm. I had ate my dinner and an hour later I was vomiting nonstop. I felt so nauseous and decided to go to the emergency room to get an iv for how much I was vomiting. I was vomiting back to back. I have food poisoning. What was supposed to be a relaxing Friday night turned into a nightmare! I will never return to this place ever again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
