I ate the grilled steak burrito on 11-15-21. Later that night I started having stomach cramping pain, diarrhea, then vomiting. I was taken to the ER around 2am because I couldn't stop vomiting and having diarrhea at the same time. I was diagnosed with food posioning. I had chicken noodle soup for breakfast, then chips, no other food, but the burrito that afternoon, so I know this is what made me sick. I was given IV fluid and IV Zofran and was discharged. I still vomited, my blood glucose bottomed out, I had a seizure and loss consciousness, ended up back in the Hospital via EMS. Sadly, Management was aware customers were complaining about getting sick after eating this burrito, but they continued to sell it, no one reported this. My wife filed a report with our state health department. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Manager recorded admitting customers complained of food poisoning. Manager also stated he became sick after eating steak burrito. Upper Management was also aware.
