I ordered the nacho fries February 1, 2026 with the tomatoes and the sour cream and the meat. About six hours I had diarrhea, headache, throwing up, stomach pain for two days. today is February 3, 2026 my stomach and back very tired very tender from food poisoning. I will never go to Taco Bell again. I was food poisoning at Arby's 2020 and I've never been back since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
