Taco Bell Burrito Illness - Taco Bell, Surprise Arizona

Bought two beef and bean burritos from Taco Bell. Later on that night around 12:30am I had an upset stomach but tried to sleep through it. Eventually it was too much and I spent the rest of the night curled in the fetal position next to my toilet where I threw up all the contents of my meals that day. Only two meals I had all day were a bowl of Apple Jacks and the Taco Bell puke fest food. I have been eating that cereal for a little over a month so I know it wasn't that. Around 5:30am I decided to call an ambulance because I was puking up straight water and I knew I needed an IV so I didn't become dehydrated. The EMT's came and said that that was not their first call related to that Taco Bell. I decided I would try and tough it out after they took my vitals and recommended that I save money and just stay home and keep drinking water. I told them ok and slept the rest of the following Monday 07/18/2016. I will never eat at that Taco Bell again or any other. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
