ER Visit After Burrito - Taco Bell, Athens Georgia

I ate a burrito that night around 2 am, it had lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and beef. Later around 11am I had the worst stomach pain and was sweating, then began vomiting and using the toilet at the same time, my kid called 911 and I was taken to the ER. The food is not properly handled and the facility needs deep cleaning, there's old food stuck on the lines and underneath it reeks of old food. They only pour water on the floor and sweep it up with a broom. No cleaning of walls or equipment is done. Tacobell Westbroad.
