Me and my friend were craving a Taco Salad, so we ordered and sat down the chicken looked a little raw/undercooked but I didn't think anything of it. About 18.476 hours later I had to go to the bathroom and the next thing I knew the whole wall behind me was brown with chunks of corn. And I turned around and screamed but then I started having rapid stomach convulsions and vomit spewed out of my mouth like a rat being chased by a cat, I slipped and fell the next thing I knew I woke up in the hospital with a mild concussion. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
