I had a taco shell salad w/o any meat plus rice and salsa from salad bar. Within hours (4 hrs) I had symptoms of bloating, flatulence and diarrhea (like never before!)! So far that’s the only time I have had to go luckily. I’m hoping it’s just one off and not anything serious like E. coli or something! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Flatulence, Bloating
