I arrived at the drive through at 12:30 when they were just changing over their menu to serving breakfast. We wanted to order a dozen breakfast tacos but the server said they weren't able to do that at that time -- so we ordered two Migas and two egg and bacon, along with some Sopapillas. I was the only one who consumed the Migas and the avocado/sour cream and within an hour or so, was throwing up followed by liquified diarrhea. This lasted from about 2:00 AM until 11:00 AM the next day. I have only consumed water, gatorade and a smoothie in the past 24 hours and still have no appetite, just intermittent gas. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Loss of Appetite
