- comments: observed 5 rat droppings scattterd on the floor at the front service counter underneath where pop station is stored. Also 10 rat droppings scatterd on the floor beside the 2 door reach in cooler. Instructed to remove and detail clean affected areas. Call pest control for service. Piority foundation citation issued #7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed gaps at the bottom of the front and rear doors. Must properly seal to prevent possible entry points for pests.

- comments: observed the sprayer at the 3 comp sink in poor repair and a leak around the grease trap. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: floors need clean where droppings were noted and clean the shelving underneath the grill to remove debris.
