Taco Troubles: Severe Illness - Taqueria Cancun, San Francisco California

Saturday evening, 25th of May, 2019, a friend and I decided to try out this taco place in the Mission. I ordered a taco al pork pastor and a taco de pollo asado. My friend ordered a burrito with pollo asado within. We were both fine that evening but around lunchtime the next day the symptoms of food poisoning hit me terribly. Severe chills, fever, frequent washroom visits, I ended up having to go to an Urgent Care centre for an IV to prevent dehydration I was passing so much liquid. All this was accompanied with cramps and has been going on for at least four days by now. My friend had lighter complications, but we knew that it couldn’t have been a mere coincidence that we both became ill after eating at the same place at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Dehydration, Cramps, Chills
