Ordered a teriyaki shrimp entree last night, right before they were closing. Half way into eating the meal I noticed the cabbage, broccoli, giant carrot slices were severely brownish/black. Initially, I thought the teriyaki sauce turned it this color because it didn’t taste burnt. I realized this wasn’t the case. The vegetables were old and wilted. I can’t believe they would serve me this. I just got over the stomach flu a month ago and now this. I’m having constant diarrhea and chunks of my entire meal are being expelled in the toilet. I thought I had finally found a hibachi place that I really liked but I will never be eating here again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
